Approach

Node were commissioned to prepare detailed hard and soft landscape design for St George’s Urban Village in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter on behalf of developer Seven Capital. 

We were engaged at pre-planning stage to prepare landscape proposals to complement this high quality residential scheme for 304 apartments through the creation of a series of courtyard spaces.

Impact

Following our initial phase of work to obtain planning permission on the site, our role was extended to take the site through construction process. The scheme was completed in 2019.
