We worked closely with one of the country’s largest and most innovative housing and social care organisations to create an award winning landscape strategy for a residential site in Redditch.
Result
The scheme was approved and is now a vital part of Redditch. The location is a beautiful home to many families.
The completed landscape design has a hugely beneficial impact on the quality of life of the residents who call Marfield their home. The scheme includes an on-site orchard, which sparks social interaction between residents and creates a bond within the community. The success of the scheme was demonstrated by it winning a housing design award.
